Well, I'm back. I had a nice vacation and much (previously reported) sex. I'm finding that leaving law school for 4 days is never a good idea. The class seems to have crossed some threshhold while I was away - reading assignments have increased 10 fold, folks are smarter, parties were better - I really missed out on something. Something...yes...I'm not sure what.
I have to go get my ass in gear for Contracts. I live for Contracts. It's hard to think of a class I'd rather be in - than Contracts. Professor Contracts, so witty and charming, is the perfect compliment to any early morning. My favorite part is how we read the same case every day, day after day, week after week. I'm told that today we'll be moving on to case #2....of the year - I'm not kidding.
Tomorrow, I have Civ Pro, which I managed to miss every class of last week. And what, you might be asking, did I miss exactly? Oh nothing much, just a little case called Pennoyer. Good thing it wasn't anything important or I'd be feeling kind of fucked right now.
Contracts calls....measure of damages is pretty freakin sweet so I may not be back any time soon.
Glad you are back!! I am sure you sent S back to CA one very happy man :)
