I've missed you. I almost forgot where you were or how to get to you. Law school is demanding of my time. It's not you, it's me. I've spent so many hours reading casebooks that I can't recall what it was like to enjoy the practice of reading.
Classes today were good. I think I learned a few things even. Most people are crazy with the note-taking. I didn't take many notes at all. I had pen and paper at the ready, but found very little that needed to be preserved FOREVER. About 90% of my classmates were furiously hammering away at their little keyboards, getting down each and every word. It is especially funny, Blog, when the prof says something that sounds particularly important - all but a few heads drop down into a serious clickity clackity frenzy. I'm not sure if those notes will be of any use to them come finals time.
I've met some good people. I've met a few loons. There's only one guy so far who has outed himself as a moron. I wish you could come to class with me, Blog. Alas, I must focus on my studies while there. I do not have time to chat with you in Torts. I can't give you the latest dirt during Civ Pro. I haven't forgotten about you though, and I will be back with you again soon. Tomorrow, perhaps, we can have lunch together and reminisce.
